GLEN INNES, NSW Image Delivery Times
Typical turnaround for edited images is 2–4 weeks after the session. Complex shoots or high-volume sessions may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance. Clients will be notified when images are ready for download or delivery. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding shoot locations, timing, and any necessary permits. For outdoor or remote locations, including rural areas such as Glen Innes, Tamworth, Inverell, and Armidale, clients should ensure accessibility and safety. Please arrive prepared with wardrobe, props, and any agreed-upon requirements. Dust & Sage Photography is not liable for delays or incomplete coverage caused by client preparation or punctuality. Liability and Safety While every precaution is taken to maintain a safe environment, clients agree that Dust & Sage Photography is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during a session. Liability is limited to the value of the booked photography services. Clients are encouraged to safeguard personal belongings during shoots. Image Editing and Alterations All delivered images will be professionally edited for colour, exposure, and composition. Requests for extensive retouching, artistic manipulation, or edits outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees. Dust & Sage Photography reserves the right to refuse edits that compromise artistic integrity or copyright. Model Release and Publicity By participating in a session, clients grant Dust & Sage Photography permission to use images for portfolio, marketing, website, social media, competitions, and exhibitions unless otherwise restricted in writing. If privacy is requested, this should be communicated before or during the session. Callie Whyte
